40. Posting of a sign: A conspicuous sign must be posted at the entrance to a sanitary landfill that has been permanently closed stating that the landfill is closed and that the disposal of residual materials is prohibited.

40. Posting of a sign: Every sanitary landfill site must be clearly identified as such by means of a sign at the entrance indicating that it is a sanitary landfill site and giving the name and address of the owner and the hours the sanitary landfill site is open.
